Atlantis Animation in Tenerife seeks a Mid to Senior Lighting TD to define visual standards for Messi and the Giants. You will build tools and pipelines that empower artists, working 100% on-site in the Canary Islands.

The role emphasizes Python-based tooling, USD-centric workflows, Arnold rendering optimization, and collaboration across Look Development, FX and Compositing to maintain ACES color integrity and robust asset behavior.

Formación

• Proven track record in TV animation as Lighting TD.
• Expert-level Python and USD-based workflows in a pipeline.
• Deep Arnold knowledge, PBR rendering, and optimization.
• Fluent English and collaborative problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and maintain Python-based tools within a USD-centric pipeline.
• Diagnose render bottlenecks, optimize memory usage, and reduce render times with Arnold.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for Lighting, solving shading and lighting setup issues.
• Coordinate with Look Development, FX, and Compositing to ensure ACES color pipeline integrity.
