WeRecruit is seeking a skilled Lighting TD (Mid+ to Senior) to join our team for the Messi and the Giants series. You will optimize lighting and render settings using Arnold, ensuring top visual quality and performance in production.

In addition, you will develop Python tools within a USD-based pipeline to support lighting workflows. The ideal candidate designs robust, well‑documented tools that are easy to use by the team. Location is 100% on-site in Tenerife, with a fixed-term contract.

Formación

• Mid-level to Senior Lighting TD with strong shading and rendering experience.
• Optimize lighting and render settings using Arnold to balance quality and performance.
• Develop production tools in Python to support USD-based lighting workflows; tools must be robust and well documented.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Lighting Artists to deliver high‑quality lighting renders.
• Optimize lighting and render settings for efficiency in production pipelines.
• Design, develop and maintain Python tools for the lighting department within USD workflows.
