Formación

• Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung in der Reise- oder Tourismusbranche.

About Us

BSI Lifestyle is an international luxury travel concierge service headquartered in London, specializing in creating bespoke travel experiences and providing personalized lifestyle assistance.

Role Overview

As a Lifestyle Manager , you will be the primary point of contact for a select group of clients, assisting them with leisure and business travel arrangements, as well as lifestyle requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring flawless execution of their travel and lifestyle requests through various communication channels (phone, messengers, email).
• Provide 24 / 7 support to clients, promptly addressing their queries and concerns.
• Manage and process daily client requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Proactively resolve any issues that may arise during clients’ trips, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
• Coordinate with the operations team to fulfill client requests efficiently and effectively.
• Oversee payment processes, including receiving payments and conducting regular checks to ensure financial accuracy.
• Utilize in-house systems and maintain an up-to-date database of suppliers to support client needs.
• Stay informed about the latest travel trends, regulations, and industry updates.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience : Minimum 1 year in a travel or tourism-related role.
• Languages : Native or advanced level of Russian / Ukrainian and upper-intermediate level of English or higher.
• Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, proficiency in MS Office and other PC abilities.
• Mindset : A genuine passion for helping people and creating exceptional experiences.
• Bonus : Personal travel experience is a plus.
