Join Us as a Life Science Project Manager

We are currently seeking a Life Science Localization Project Manager. In this role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of complex language services projects within the Life Science portfolio, managing translation orders in accordance with customer requirements and Acolad standards. You will be part of our Production Team, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality results to our clients.

Responsibilities

1. Manage diverse and complex customer requirements, including engagement setup, process improvements, and service optimization.
2. Lead end-to-end localization projects, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality translations within budget, while monitoring profit margins within the Life Science sector.
3. Implement and refine quality assurance processes, continuously seeking efficiencies in localization workflows.
4. Maintain strong client relationships, including engagement with mid-to-upper level operational contacts, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• University degree in translation, language/communication studies, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience coordinating projects within the Life Science sector or in a similar role within the language services industry.
• Experience in Regulatory Affairs or Submission projects.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French or German is a plus.
• Knowledge of CAT tools such as XTM, Trados, and Phrase.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with clients via phone, video calls, and in person.
• Strong organizational skills to meet tight deadlines and manage complex workloads.
• Experience in managing customer relationships.
• Autonomous, proactive, with a strong team spirit.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• This is a full-time, permanent position (40 hours/week) based in Madrid.
