We are hiring a Project Manager for our Life Sciences team!

As a Life Science Localization Project Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of complex language services projects within the Life Science portfolio. You will manage translation orders according to client requirements and Acolad standards, working as part of our Production Team to deliver for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer requirements, including engagement, service setup, process improvement, and optimization.
  • Lead end-to-end localization projects, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality translations on time and within budget, while monitoring profit margins within the Life Science sector.
  • Implement and improve quality assurance and localization processes for increased efficiency.
  • Manage client relationships, including operational contacts, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • University degree in translation, language / communication studies, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience coordinating projects in the Life Science sector or within the language service industry.
  • Experience with Regulatory affairs / Submission projects.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French or German is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CAT tools such as XTM, Trados, and Phrase.
  • Excellent communication skills—comfortable with phone, video, and in-person meetings.
  • Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines and manage complex workloads.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and a strong team player.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Full-time, permanent contract (40 hours / week).
  • Location : Madrid.
