Job summary

Qualifyze in Barcelona/Frankfurt seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the expansion of our Life Science product line for global SMB and Enterprise clients. You will identify emerging problem spaces, frame theses, and drive zero-to-one solutions with evidence.

You will partner with executive leadership, PMs, UX leaders, and Solution Consulting to navigate ambiguous opportunities and build a scalable multi-product portfolio that delivers measurable value.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on knowledge of life-science GMP or GCP is a strict requirement.
• Demonstrated zero-to-one track record from concept to first traction.
• Around 10 years in product management, ideally within B2B SaaS.
• Experience with enterprise software and data products; fluency in platform, data, and integration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define the Problem Space: own an emerging area of the pharma value chain and frame the problem with a clear thesis.
• Product Discovery: run continuous discovery with senior pharma quality stakeholders; test value hypotheses.
• Zero-to-One Delivery: collaborate with Engineering and Design to move concepts to initial adoption with testable releases.
• Commercial Validation & GTM: collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to test positioning and willingness-to-pay.
• Evidence & Decision-Making: tie customer evidence to product decisions; track early signals for 0-1 products.
