Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in a mid‑sized to large law firm or relevant in‑house environment.
• Proven experience in public procurement law and public tenders.
• Solid knowledge of Spanish labor law and employment‑related matters.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage all public procurement and tender‑related legal matters.
• Independently handle tender processes end‑to‑end.
• Provide comprehensive legal support across contracting and corporate matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements.
