Formación

• Senior underwriting leadership experience in Life Science.
• Experience across CEMENA or GCC regions preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen with stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead through influence in a matrix organization.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Leadership & Portfolio Management: define and execute Life Science underwriting strategy for CEMENA.
• Business Development & Client Engagement: identify opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Underwriting Excellence: apply underwriting expertise with rigorous risk assessment and pricing.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Matrix Leadership: work across country leaders and global teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
