Chubb is seeking a Head of Financial Lines, CEMENA, a senior leader responsible for shaping underwriting strategy across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will lead a regional team, own the P&L, and drive profitable growth across D&O, PI, Crime and related lines.

You will report to the Chief Underwriting Officer CEMENA and collaborate with actuarial, legal and compliance teams to ensure high underwriting standards and product innovation.

Formación

• 10+ years of Financial Lines underwriting experience with leadership.
• Deep technical expertise in D&O, PI, Crime and Management Liability.
• Experience managing a multi-country or regional portfolio, preferably across CEMENA.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience owning and delivering P&L targets.
• Established relationships with key brokers, producers and clients.
• Proven ability to develop and inspire high-performing teams across diverse geographies.
• Fluency in English required (minimum C1).
• Additional European languages are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the Financial Lines strategy across CEMENA.
• Lead regional Financial Lines team and own the regional P&L.
• Drive sustainable, profitable growth across D&O, PI, Crime and related lines.
• Set underwriting guidelines and ensure audit readiness.
• Develop and roll out new Financial Lines products.
• Strengthen producer and broker relationships and distribution strategies.
• Represent Chubb at industry events and client meetings.
• Collaborate with actuarial, legal and compliance teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across all markets.
