What you’ll do

You will lead the hospice care team and ensure that patients are receiving the quality care they deserve. You will collaborate with your team members to assess, plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate the options and services required to meet hospice patients’ needs.

What it takes

  • Current Ohio nursing license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) required. BSN preferred.
  • Three years’ experience in clinical operations supervision required.
  • One year experience in a Medicare-certified home health agency and one year experience in a hospice setting is a must.
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance and acceptable driving record.
