IQVIA is seeking a French-native recruiter to join our Madrid hub to build a stable doctor panel for market research. You will recruit doctors, maintain engagement, and assist with questionnaire status updates.

You will call doctors to invite them to studies, conduct follow-ups to maximize participation, and manage documentation and translations as needed. We value diversity and professional collaboration.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings and meetings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication (phone and email).
• Analytical skills and familiarity with multinational environments.

Responsabilités

• Recruit doctors and follow up on participation; build doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls to maximize participation rates.
• Ensure participation rates using different communication channels and arguments.
