Job summary

IQVIA Madrid is seeking a French native speaker to join our Madrid Production Hub as a recruiter for a panel of healthcare professionals. You will recruit doctors, engage them for market research studies, and maintain up-to-date records of the participants.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French is required for recruitment and outreach.
• Good command of English for trainings and internal communications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Clear professional communication via phone and email.
• Analytical mindset to assess engagement and participation.
• Experience with multinational corporations is a plus.
• Occasional documentation, mailings, troubleshooting, and translations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation to create engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls to maximize participation rates.
• Ensure participation targets through varied channels and arguments.
