Job summary

ADP is seeking a Director of Product Management for Southern Europe, based in Milan or Barcelona, to own regional outcomes across Spain, Portugal and Italy within a global platform. • Deep understanding of complex, regulated domains (HR tech, payroll, or adjacent).
• Ability to lead through influence in matrixed organizations.
• Strong commercial acumen and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Experience driving or contributing to AI-enabled product innovation is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English; advanced in Italian and/or Spanish.
• Right to work in the EU; visa sponsorship not required.
• Background check (DBS or equivalent).

Competitive Compensation

Base salary: EUR 79,400 – EUR 9,400 per year (gross).

Variable pay may be included.
