Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for a full-time remote telehealth role serving clients throughout Iowa. You will provide therapy sessions, help clients work through behavioral and emotional challenges, and develop practical treatment plans to support daily functioning.

Responsibilities include conducting virtual counseling, evaluating symptoms, creating care plans, and documenting progress with a strong emphasis on safety and clinical protocol adherence.

Qualifications

• Active Iowa LMHC license in good standing.
• Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience providing therapy or counseling services.
• Strong understanding of assessments, treatment planning, and documentation.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Salary: $115,000-$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
