We are seeking a motivated team player and experienced sales representative eager to drive new business growth for Autodesk through our License Compliance department. Your role involves profiling and identifying non-compliant companies, presenting to C-Level executives using various data sets. License Compliance sales representatives help customers understand issues related to cracked licenses, subscription overuse, and other non-compliance categories.

You should be comfortable leading companies through the full sales cycle—from prospecting and profiling to closing negotiations. You will build internal and external relationships through strategic planning, knowledge sharing, and licensing guidance. Your responsibilities include meeting and forecasting quarterly and annual sales goals within your territory.

This position offers an opportunity to strengthen your sales skills and develop an understanding of legal expertise, all while maintaining the highest levels of integrity. You will report to the License Compliance team Manager based in Barcelona, with support for a hybrid working schedule.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead License Compliance engagements through telemetry reporting, audits, or consultancy.
  2. Use data sets to educate companies and explain non-compliance behaviors.
  3. Engage with C-Level executives regarding risks and needs related to non-compliance, delivering difficult messages and deadlines.
  4. Work with both install base and non-customers.
  5. Collaborate with internal and external teams to facilitate companies' transition from non-compliance to compliance.
  6. Develop annual and quarterly plans to exceed sales quotas.
  7. Achieve or surpass weekly and monthly sales targets to increase revenue.
  8. Manage forecast, pipeline, and activity metrics to ensure alignment with revenue goals.
  9. Coordinate with Legal, Channel, and other sales teams to maximize revenue opportunities within License Compliance engagements.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. At least 2 years of sales experience.
  2. Experience and comfort with communicating and negotiating at the executive level.
  3. Willingness to work collaboratively towards personal and team goals.
  4. Native proficiency in French and Business English; Greek is a plus.
