Formación

  • 5+ años de experiencia en marketing de productos, preferiblemente en electrodomésticos.

We are seeking a strategic, go-to-market and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of our Heat Pumps & Pool Covers in the market.

This role will be responsible for positioning and promoting our product effectively by defining messaging, understanding customer needs, developing go-to-market strategies, and equipping sales teams with the necessary tools to succeed. You will work cross-functionally with Global Product managers, Sales, local marketing, and Digital teams to execute marketing strategies that differentiate our product and drive growth.

Your responsibilities:

  1. Regional customer requirements: Understanding regional customer requirements and industry trends.
  2. Product strategy: Define brand, pricing, and channels and create competitive positioning and messaging.
  3. Go-to-market strategy and execution: Define and implement GTM strategies for product launches and current range, collaborating with local teams to ensure success. Work closely with sales & operations team to ensure competitive pricing aligned with market demands along with margin goals.
  4. Benchmarking competitors: Analyzing product specifications to provide this information to the global product management team ensuring a correct roadmap for the region.
  5. Marketing & demand generation: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate awareness and demand. Develop content and marketing assets and work closely with digital marketing.
  6. Support to sales teams: Develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, battle cards, product guides and product trainings.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  2. 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in home appliances & consumer electronics.
  3. Strong understanding of GTM strategies, customer segmentation, and competitive positioning.
  4. Experience with sales enablement, marketing campaigns, and demand generation.
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and competitive insights.
  6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Spanish.
  7. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and local Marketing teams.
  8. Experience in launching and promoting products in multiple regions is a plus.
