About the Role

You will work closely with the Centre Manager to implement operational strategies, manage resources, and enhance the member experience across all departments, including fitness, sports, and recreational facilities. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Centre Manager in overseeing all operational aspects of the leisure centre.
• Supervise and support a diverse team of front-line staff, including receptionists, fitness instructors, and cleaning personnel.

• Oversee facility maintenance, cleanliness, and safety compliance across all areas.
