About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and communicative Performance Artist Liaison to support their upcoming events and festivals in the Queenstown area. This role is essential for bridging the gap between the organization and the performing artists, ensuring all logistical, technical, and contractual needs are met smoothly. You will play a key role in fostering positive relationships with artists, facilitating their experience, and ensuring the successful execution of performances within the Arts & Entertainment sector. This position offers a dynamic work environment with a hybrid component, ideal for someone passionate about supporting artistic talent and bringing creative visions to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for performing artists, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Coordinate artist travel, accommodation, and technical riders to ensure seamless logistics.
• Liaise with production teams to confirm stage requirements, scheduling, and equipment needs.
• Assist with the management of artist contracts, payments, and necessary documentation.
• Provide on‑site support during performances, ensuring artists have a positive and productive experience.

Requirements

• Experience in artist liaison, talent management, event production, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a diplomatic approach to problem‑solving.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple artist relationships concurrently.
• Familiarity with the needs and expectations of performing artists.
• Ability to work effectively both remotely for planning and on‑site for events.
