Confidential employer in Palma, Mallorca is seeking 4 Leisure Activity Instructors for a part-time, temporary role beginning September 2026. The position offers a fixed morning schedule (9:00–11:00) with a 9-month contract and a gross annual salary of 4,273.50 EUR, paid in 12 monthly installments.

Start date planned for September 1, 2026. No prior work experience is required; candidates must hold a Leisure Monitor Certificate or equivalent CFGS qualification and be available for weekday mornings

Formación

• Must hold an official Leisure Monitor Certificate (Títol de Monitor de temps lliure) or a Higher Vocational Training Diploma as a Nature and Leisure Guide (CFGS Guia en el medi natural i de temps lliure)
• High level of responsibility, punctuality, and enthusiasm for educational work
• Full availability to work the required weekday morning hours in Palma

Responsabilidades

• Planning, preparing, and delivering interactive socio-educational workshops
• Creating a safe, welcoming, and productive environment for all participants
• Implementing creative methods to maintain participant engagement and motivation
• Coordinating session logistics and monitoring workshop progress throughout the week
