Greenvolt Power Spain is seeking a Legal Specialist for our Madrid office to support all Greenvolt Power companies in Spain and internationally, providing high‑quality legal services to protect the group’s interests and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will handle procurement contracts (NDA, NBO, consulting agreements, EPCs, BOP, BOS, TSA), assist on global M&A due diligence, support PPA negotiations and financing processes, and coordinate with external advisers on corporate matters and

Formación

• Master’s degree in Law.
• 2–4 years of experience in Renewable Energy projects, mainly Procurement and M&A.
• Organisational, teamwork and reporting skills.
• English professional level; a second language is a plus.
• Willingness to absorb new knowledge and perform under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Procurement matters: support on commercial contracts (NDA, NBO, consultancy agreements, EPCs, BOP, BOS, BSA, TSA).
• Support M&A matters at global level (EU + Asia): due diligence, coordination with external counsel.
• Support PPA negotiations.
• Support financing processes (due diligence, docs review).
• Corporate matters in Spain: coordination with external advisers, minutes, resolutions.
• Paralegal coordination: notaries, registries, service providers, invoicing.
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement internal procedures.

Greenvolt Power Spain is seeking a Legal Specialist professional for our Madrid office to support all Greenvolt Power companies in Spain and internationally (primarily in the EU, Japan, and other regions), providing legal services to protect the organization's interests and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Accountabilities

• Procurement Matters: provide support on any necessary commercial contracts for all companies within Greenvolt Power related to renewable development projects (Wind, Solar, BEES), including among others NDA, NBO, consultancy agreements, EPCs, BOP, BOS, BSA, TSA, etc;
• Provide support on M&A matters at global level (within EU + Asia): legal due diligence processes of all companies within the Greenvolt Power, coordination with external legal advisors, etc;
• Provide support on any PPA negotiation
• Provide support on any Financing process (DD review, review of the documentation, etc)
• Corporate matters within Greenvolt Power Spain: mostly coordination with external legal advisors', minutes of General Assemblies of Management Board and Shareholders, decisions and resolutions of company's bodies, etc
• Support on any paralegal matter (coordination with 3rd parties: Notaries, registries, or 3rd party providing specific services, handling legal invoices, handling internal process, etc)
• Monitors any possible changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment
• Support on preparation and implementation of internal procedures, policies and practices

Requirements

• Master Degree in Law
• Between 2-4 years of experience in Renewable Energy projects, mainly Procurement and M&A
• Organisational, teamwork and reporting skills,
• English professional level & 1 additional language is a plus.
