Greenvolt Power Spain is seeking a Legal Specialist to support all Greenvolt Power entities in Spain and internationally, focusing on renewable development projects.

You'll handle procurement contracts (NDAs, NBOs, EPCs, PPAs), due diligence for M&A, and coordination with external advisors, ensuring compliance and legal risk management across EU and beyond.

Formación

• Master degree in Law with 2–4 years of renewable energy experience.
• Ability to work with external legal advisors and coordinate across EU/Japan regions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support for procurement contracts (NDA, NBO, consultancy agreements, EPCs, BOP, BOS, BSA, TSA).
• Support global M&A due diligence, coordination with external legal advisors.
• Assist on PPA negotiations and financing documentation reviews.
• Handle corporate matters for Greenvolt Power Spain, including minutes and decisions of boards and shareholders.

Greenvolt Power is our segment dedicated to the Development & Constr… and Empowering partners, counting already with business presence in more 16 countries (Europe & North America). Greenvolt Power Spain is seeking a Legal Specialist professional for our Madrid office to support all Greenvolt Power companies in Spain and internationally (primarily in the EU, Japan, and other regions), providing legal services to protect the organization's interests and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key accountabilities

• Procurement Matters: provide support on any necessary commercial contracts for all companies within Greenvolt Power related to renewable development projects (Wind, Solar, BEES), including among others NDA, NBO, consultancy agreements, EPCs, BOP, BOS, BSA, TSA, etc
• Provide support on M&A matters at global level (within EU + Asia): legal due diligence processes of all companies within the Greenvolt Power, coordination with external legal advisors, etc
• Provide support on any PPA negotiation
• Provide support on any Financing process (DD review, review of the documentation, etc)
• Corporate matters within Greenvolt Power Spain: mostly coordination with external legal advisors', minutes of General Assemblies of Management Board and Shareholders, decisions and resolutions of company's bodies, etc.
• Support on any paralegal matter (coordination with 3rd parties: Notaries, registries, or 3rd party providing specific services, handling legal invoices, handling internal process, etc)
• Monitors any possible changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment
• Support on preparation and implementation of internal procedures, policies and practices.

Master Degree in Law Between 2-4 years of experience in Renewable Energy projects, mainly Procurement and M&A Organisational, teamwork and reporting skills, English professional level & 1 additional language is a plus. Willingness to absorb new knowledge and perform under pressure
