Candidates should hold a law degree and have 3-5 years of relevant experience, with fluency in English.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assess financial, operational, and legal risks; provide regular reports on compliance measures across European and African divisions.
  2. Maintain and update the compliance risk map.
  3. Develop and manage the organization’s compliance program and Ethics and Compliance Committee’s agenda.
  4. Manage whistleblowing channels and support investigations related to non-compliance.
  5. Lead compliance projects, including those on Competition Law and Data Protection.
  6. Implement and oversee compliance policies and standards in Europe and Africa.
  7. Design and deliver training to promote a culture of compliance.
  8. Collaborate with the Head Office Compliance Manager.
  9. Review data processing agreements, draft data protection clauses, and assess data retention policies.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Law with certification in Compliance
  • Fluent in English; French skills are a plus
  • 3-5 years in Compliance, preferably in FMCG or Food industry
  • Background in commercial and corporate law; Data Protection / Privacy skills are valuable
