Reporting to the Legal Director and working closely with the project development team in Italy, this person will be responsible for managing legal affairs for Italy, supporting the project development (wind farm, solar park and battery storage) by drafting and negotiating land contracts, co-development agreements, corporate governance, and regulatory matters.
Your main responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating all needed contracts for project development (i.e. Head of Terms, Sharing Agreement, LOI, Exclusivity Agreement)
- Establishment and governance of the SPVs; proxies and administrative tasks for the grid connection (i.e. compliance with Terna’s policies)
- Support in permitting tasks (i.e. PEC management, contribution in “conferenze dei servizi”) and origination (regulatory analysis on a regional and national level)
Qualifications
Requisiti minimi
- Minimum 2 years in law firms or companies (real estate law and civil law)
- Knowledge of Italian real estate and land registry law (i.e analysis of “visure catastali” and “ispezioni ipotecarie”), previous experience in due diligence of land and financing processes of renewable energy projects in Italy and "Registro Immobiliare".
- University degree in Law in Italy
- Languages : Italian - native speaker or at least C2 , professional English proficiency
- Technical skills : Word, Excel
