• Traitement des réclamations liées aux erreurs de rapports de risque.

At Oesia Group, we are growing! We are looking for a Legal-Financial Analyst – CIRBE to join an important project located in Madrid, with a mixed work modality.

What are we looking for?

• An / a Legal-Financial Analyst – CIRBE, with at least 2 years of experience.
• Availability to join a stable project in Madrid.
• Mode of telework: Mixed.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Law + Master's Degree.
• Languages: B2 level English or higher (certified); knowledge of other official languages is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in financial institutions or similar roles.
• Skills: Proficiency in Excel and experience working with fluctuating workloads.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Management of report request files: Review of formal requirements, processing, or request for additional documentation via certified letter.
• Claims processing: Registration and analysis of files related to errors in risk reports issued by credit institutions.
• Inquiry handling: Formal responses to emails from account holders, reporting entities, and branches of the Bank of Spain regarding the Central Credit Register (CIRBE).
• Use of digital tools: Daily use of client-provided applications and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.).
