Formación

  • At least 7 years of post-qualified experience as an in-house lawyer or in a law firm.

About the Role

As a Legal Counsel at Reckitt, your decisions will significantly impact our global organization. Your expertise will help safeguard our operations and uphold legal integrity, contributing to our collective success. Are you ready to make a meaningful impact?

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice to the Marketing and Sales departments on activities, product launches, advertising, campaigns, and promotions in the Iberia Region.
  • Consult with R&D on product testing protocols and standards.
  • Advise on competition law, commercial law, IP, data privacy, consumer regulation, and corporate law across departments.
  • Implement and manage compliance programs focusing on antitrust, commercial policies, and the Code of Conduct.
  • Negotiate and draft commercial, distribution, consultancy, collaboration, and co-promotion contracts aligned with business strategies.
  • Stay updated on legislative changes and advise on necessary company adaptations.
  • Manage litigation and disputes, including coordination with external legal counsel within budget constraints.
  • Provide training on Competition Law, company policies, and compliance.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Experience & Skills Needed
  • At least 7 years of post-qualified experience as an in-house lawyer or in a law firm, preferably within the FMCG industry. Pharma experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising, consumer protection, commercial/contract, and competition law.
  • Experience working with marketing teams and understanding advertising regulations is highly desirable.
