Una sólida empresa busca un Abogado en Madrid para proteger sus intereses comerciales y brindar apoyo legal en licitaciones. Se requiere experiencia en derecho y fluidez en español, inglés y francés. Formación

  • Graduado en Derecho con un mínimo de 3 años de experiencia.

  • Proteger los derechos del Grupo mediante acuerdos bien redactados.
  • Brindar apoyo legal en nuevas licitaciones y oportunidades de negocio.
  • Gestionar cuestiones contractuales y litigios según sea necesario.

We design and deliver a wide range of products, software and services based on two core technologies: digital identification and data protection.If you’re looking for new opportunities, ready to join a high-skilled multicultural team, **we are now seeking a Legal Counsel to join our team in Madrid.**As **Legal Counsel**, you will be graduated in Law, with minimum of 3 years’ experience in an international environment in a similar role. Moreover, you will have expertise in Spanish Public Procurement law, Company Law Regulations and Compliance best practices both for Spain and in an international environment.**Specific responsibilities**:- Ensure that the Group’s rights and reputation in its business interests are properly protected at country level, providing clear and well drafted agreements; identifying and mitigating contractual risks; providing contract interpretation and ensure that contractual obligations are properly explained and understood by the relevant Company functions in accordance with the Group policies;- Provide legal support for the new tenders and business opportunities, from the negotiation phase till the execution of the relevant agreements, in compliance with the applicable internal processes and relevant regulations, and ensure the relevant follow up in contract execution phase;- Contribute to ensure that the Group Integrity Compliance Program (including Anticorruption, Antitrust and Personal Data Protection) and the necessary action plans are strictly monitored, updated and implemented, in accordance with the Group policies and within the frame of the Country applicable legal requirements;- Manage contractual issues and, on a case by case basis, certain litigation issues falling within the perimeter of the concerned BL in close coordination with the Thales Spain L&C Director and Iberia Region L&C Director, supporting in the management of the external Law firms in accordance with the Group policies;- Demonstrate a strong understanding of governance and corporate principles and operations, including but not limited to regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate governance documentation; ability to effectively navigate complex corporate structures and contribute to strategic decision-making processes;- Make the appropriate reporting to Thales Spain L&C Director and Iberia Region L&C Director and cooperate with the L&C team for any legal matter.**Competences**:- You will have a perfect command of Spanish, English & French.- You will be autonomous, meticulous, self-confident, "teamwork capable" & well organized.- You will be proficient with the use of software tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).**Nice to have**:- Knowledge in the new regulation on Artificial Intelligence (AI).**What do we offer?**- Flexible working hours.- Intensive working days on Fridays and during August.- Remote-friendly - 2 days a week working from home.- Restaurant allowance and social benefits (health insurance, kindergarten).- Free coffee on-site!
