Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal support primarily in EMEA.
  • Be a trusted legal advisor to internal stakeholders in the region.
  • Review and support sales agreements, tender documents, corporate secretarial documents, procurement contracts, and other legal matters.
  • Review, negotiate, and draft transactional agreements with partners and customers.
  • Provide legal advice on HR, corporate matters, compliance, procurement, licensing, and conduct training.
Qualifications:
  • Qualified lawyer in an EU jurisdiction.
  • Minimum 3 years PQE in a legal department or law firm.
  • Fluent in English, with strong legal drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions.
  • Solution-oriented, good communicator, culturally aware, positive attitude, team player, professional, and with high integrity.
  • Experience with complex transactions and compliance programs.
  • Flexible working hours for conferences outside regular hours.
  • Quick learner and willing to develop further.
  • Experience in technology sectors.
  • Knowledge of channel sales models.
  • Experience in the security industry.
  • Additional language skills.
  • Experience in multiple jurisdictions.
  • In-house transactional experience.
