We’re looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team for an initial 6-month assignment, with the potential for extension. This is a great opportunity to work closely with the business in a fast-moving environment and make a real impact from day one.

What you’ll do:

• Provide day-to-day legal support to our operations in Spain.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with clients and suppliers.
• Advise on data protection matters (GDPR) and other compliance topics.
• Collaborate with legal teams in other countries when needed.
• Support various business teams during an exciting phase of growth and structuring.

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified lawyer in Spain, with relevant legal education and bar membership.
• Proven in-house legal experience.
• Strong background in commercial contracting.
• Good knowledge of data protection regulations.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) – you’ll occasionally support cross-border matters.
• A proactive, business-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
