Formación

• 5-7 years of legal experience in an international company.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
• Experience in the media or AdTech sector is advantageous.

Your Challenge

• Provide strategic and comprehensive legal advice to support the company’s growth and development.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various complex agreements including General Terms, service agreements, partnerships, amendments, MOUs, NDAs, and other legal documents.
• Lead the implementation and management of Compliance and Data Protection programs.
• Oversee and coordinate the signatory process for high-level contracts to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop, standardise, and maintain legal guidelines, templates, and contracts across the company.
• Collaborate with internal and external legal counsel to manage legal matters effectively.
• Conduct regulatory analyses to ensure compliance with all jurisdictions.
• Act as the primary legal advisor for complex issues across the Group.
• Support international expansion initiatives ensuring local legal compliance.
• Lead legal aspects of M&A projects, including due diligence, negotiations, and integration.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 5-7 years of legal experience within an international company.
• Experience as an in-house lawyer in the media or AdTech sector is advantageous.
• Strong autonomy with decision-making skills under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural, fast-paced environments.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in the advertising industry is a plus.
