Your Challenge
- Provide strategic and comprehensive legal advice to support the company’s growth and development.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various complex agreements including General Terms, service agreements, partnerships, amendments, MOUs, NDAs, and other legal documents.
- Lead the implementation and management of Compliance and Data Protection programs.
- Oversee and coordinate the signatory process for high-level contracts to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop, standardise, and maintain legal guidelines, templates, and contracts across the company.
- Collaborate with internal and external legal counsel to manage legal matters effectively.
- Conduct regulatory analyses to ensure compliance with all jurisdictions.
- Act as the primary legal advisor for complex issues across the Group.
- Support international expansion initiatives ensuring local legal compliance.
- Lead legal aspects of M&A projects, including due diligence, negotiations, and integration.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 5-7 years of legal experience within an international company.
- Experience as an in-house lawyer in the media or AdTech sector is advantageous.
- Strong autonomy with decision-making skills under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural, fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in the advertising industry is a plus.
