Adamed Laboratorios, S.L.U. is seeking a Legal & Compliance Expert to provide ongoing legal advice and compliance support across Spain, including compliance policy development and auditing processes.

The role involves reviewing contracts, advising on pharmaceutical manufacturing regulatory requirements, and representing the company in legal proceedings. English proficiency (C1) and willingness to travel are required, with a focus on growth and international collaboration.

Formación

• University degree in Law.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Professional qualification as a lawyer and authorisation to practise law.
• Certifications or training in compliance or audit.
• Practical knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations, including pharmaceutical law and competition law.
• Ability to develop compliance policies and processes in a laboratory or pharmaceutical company.
• Labour law knowledge and employment-related legal matters.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ongoing legal advice to different departments of the company.
• Prepare, review and negotiate contracts, annexes, agreements, powers of attorney and other documents from a legal perspective.
• Advise on processes related to the manufacture of medicines and the activities of a company holding a manufacturing authorisation.
• Issue legal and compliance opinions on promotional and marketing materials and assess activities from a legal/regulatory view.
• Develop, implement and update policies, processes, procedures and systems to minimise legal and compliance risks.
• Represent the company in judicial, administrative and out-of-court proceedings.
• Deliver legal and compliance training to employees.
• Define the company’s framework for marketing activities with regulatory and ethical compliance.
• Advise governing bodies on strategic matters related to Adamed Laboratorios, S.L.U. and Adamed Farmacéutica, S.L.U.

At Adamed, we are looking to hire a person for the position of Legal & Compliance Expert, who will provide ongoing legal advice and compliance support to our companies in Spain: Adamed Laboratorios, S.L.U. and Adamed Farmacéutica, S.L.U.

The selected person will actively participate in the review and preparation of legal documentation, the development and implementation of compliance policies, advising different areas of the organisation, and representing the company in judicial and administrative proceedings.

Main responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing legal advice to different departments of the company.
• Prepare, review and negotiate contracts, annexes, agreements, powers of attorney and other documents from a legal perspective.
• Advise on processes related to the manufacture of medicines and the activities of a company holding a manufacturing authorisation.
• Issue legal and compliance opinions on promotional and marketing materials, as well as assess promotional activities from a legal and regulatory perspective.
• Develop, implement and update policies, processes, procedures and systems aimed at preventing and minimising legal and compliance risks.
• Represent the company in judicial, administrative and out-of-court proceedings.
• Deliver legal and compliance training to employees within the organisation.
• Define the company’s framework for marketing activities, ensuring compliance with external regulations, regulatory requirements and the ethical standards of the market.
• Advise the governing bodies on strategic matters related to Adamed Laboratorios, S.L.U. and Adamed Farmacéutica, S.L.U.

Requirements:

• University degree in Law.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Professional qualification as a lawyer and authorisation to practise law.
• Certifications, specific training or solid experience in compliance or audit.
• Practical knowledge of the regulations applicable to the pharmaceutical industry, especially pharmaceutical law, civil law, commercial law and competition law.
• Ability to develop compliance policies, procedures and processes in a laboratory or pharmaceutical company.
• Autonomy, precision, responsibility and a quality-oriented approach to assigned tasks.
• Practical and solid knowledge of labour law, as well as experience in managing employment-related legal matters in a company.
• Experience collaborating with trade unions will be valued.
• Advanced level of English, preferably C1.
• Availability to travel for business purposes.
