Formación

• Experiencia de 3-5 años en asesoría legal, preferentemente en la industria farmacéutica.
• Conocimiento de la Ley Farmacéutica y derecho corporativo es esencial.

For our offices located in Barcelona, we are looking for a Legal & Compliance Advisor for a permanent contract.

The Legal & Compliance Advisor will be responsible for ensuring LETI's business integrity and legal protection.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on matters directly related to the pharmaceutical industry: review of promotional material, compliance with codes of conduct, review of sponsorship agreements, transfers of value disclosure to HCP/HCO, legal support on Farmaindustria matters, etc.
• Provide commercial and corporate legal advice to all business areas:
• Contractual: drafting, review and/or negotiation of licensing, supply, manufacturing, distribution, agency, non-disclosure agreements, clinical trials, technology transfer, co-developments.
• Strategic corporate operations: advising on the legal aspects of strategic corporate operations that may be conducted in LETI Group (purchase and sale of branches of activity, M&A, joint ventures, etc.).
• Administrative and public legal support (public procurement, Spanish Medicines Agency, CDTI, etc.).
• Resolution of legal consultancies raised by any internal departments of the company on general topics.
• Management and defense of LETI's Industrial and Intellectual Property assets in coordination with the company's external intellectual property agents.
• Advice on Data Privacy matters: Review, follow-up and keep LETI up-to-date on data privacy matters, as well as collaboration and coordination of data protection issues together with the DPO.
• Litigation legal advice: Handling of pre-contentious actions in the areas in which LETI acts, reply to requirements from third parties or authorities and public government bodies.
• Corporate advice to Group companies (keeping of corporate books, drafting of agreements, formalities at the Commercial Registry, definition of power of attorney structure, etc.).

Knowledge and Previous Experience:

• Law Degree.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the field of legal advice, with experience mainly in the legal advice of companies in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Among desirable areas of expertise, proven knowledge of Pharmaceutical Law and industry codes, self-regulation of the pharmaceutical sector (Farmaindustria - Veterindustria), Corporate and Commercial Law.
• Desirable knowledge in the field of data privacy and intellectual property would be an asset.
• Used to drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts in English. It is essential to communicate fluently in English (Advanced), both orally and in writing. Knowledge of other languages would be an asset.
