Formación

• 5+ años de experiencia en derecho inmobiliario es altamente requerido.
• Conocimiento de legislación laboral local es esencial.

Your role

We are seeking a dynamic, creative and passionate Legal Advisor to join our team. As a Legal Advisor you will be mainly responsible for legal daily activities and reporting to the Global Managing Director.

Your Journey

1. Provide advice on ongoing legal matters for Spain.
2. Preparing, filing and controlling all legal related actions and activities.
3. Maintain the organisation’s legal files and ensure that the working practices are in accordance with its policies and regulations.
4. Ensuring company’s compliance with legislation in force.
5. Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations relevant to the framework of the company.
6. Draft legal opinions, memorandums, and briefing documents.
7. Conduct legal due diligence on target properties and / or companies and draft DD and / or red flag reports.
8. Assist the team in drafting and negotiating terms and contracts.
9. Constantly follow legislation relevant to short term rentals management companies.
10. Manage the legal aspects related to governmental bodies and local authorities.
11. Liaising with Notary offices on various matters.
12. Liaising and controlling the activity of outsourced law firms.

What do you bring to your trip

1. Bachelor's degree in Law.
2. At least 5 years of experience in real estate law is highly required for this role.
3. The candidate needs to know local HR legislation.
4. Proficiency in Spanish & English is required.
5. Strong analytical and research skills.
6. Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Excellent attention to detail.
8. Good administration and collaboration skills.
