What We Expect from You ?

• Design, plan, and deliver contemporary, subject-relevant, and academically appropriate teaching resources, including lectures and tutorials.
• Develop and implement effective assessments that challenge students while aligning with academic standards.
• Conduct assessments, provide constructive feedback, and attend assessment-related training.
• Offer academic support and guidance to students, fostering an enriching learning environment.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and technologies to enhance student engagement.
• Attend faculty meetings and contribute to the development of academic excellence within our institution.

What Experience will You Bring to the Role?

• A Master’s (Doctorate preferred) in your field or equivalent professional success.
• Previous lecturing experience in higher education with subject-matter expertise.
• Experience supervising student work and providing meaningful feedback.
• Ability to teach a broader subject area beyond your core expertise.
• Strong communication skills and motivation to work independently.
• Adaptability and inclusivity to work with diverse groups of students.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) at a professional level.
