Formación

• 2-3 years of experience in Leasing, preferably in Retail.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

We are currently looking for a new member for the Leasing team to join us in the position of Leasing Manager, Madrid .

Working Place : Sonae Sierra's Central Offices in Spain

Requirements :

• Degree in Management / Economics (preferential) / Law or marketing, or other relevant areas
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Leasing, preferably in Retail
• Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel and Powerpoint)
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• High level of responsibility and accuracy
• Well-developed financial analysis skills with strong customer and business awareness
• Highly goal-oriented with a proven ability to perform well in high-pressure environments.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities :

• Identify and approach prospective tenants to achieve maximum occupancy within the shopping centres.
• Analyze the viability of commercial proposals based on occupancy rates and financial profitability.
• Participate in community and regional activities relevant to the real estate sector.
• Prepare and submit leasing proposals after discussion with the Leasing Manager.
• Respond to inquiries from current tenants and potential prospects.
• Maintain accurate leasing status reports and records of potential tenants.
• Lease available spaces in alignment with tenant mix strategies and property budget goals.
• Stay informed on economic conditions and current trends in the real estate leasing market.
• Keep up to date with emerging trends in social media and their impact on commercial real estate marketing.
