Leasing Coordinator - Madrid, ES, 28232 - Full Time
About the role:
As our Leasing Coordinator, you will support the local Leasing team with general and leasing-related administrative duties and manage the system on behalf of the team.
Key responsibilities:
- Team Support: Support documentation, meeting coordination, and internal processes to facilitate leasing & remerchandising at Bicester Village. Maintain internal systems, coordinate meetings, provide executive assistance, organize external/brand meetings, arrange travel, and track budget variances.
- Leasing Support: Prepare and update documents related to prospective leases, coordinate approval processes, work with retail and visual merchandising on opening/closing dates, and handle remerchandising activities with public entities.
- System Management: Maintain Lease Management information in Salesforce, create reports, update brand deal statuses, and manage purchase orders in Oracle for projects and contributions.
About You:
- Degree or relevant qualification preferred.
- Experience in commercial real estate beneficial.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce and Adobe Illustrator knowledge advantageous.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, under pressure.
- Fluent in English and local language; additional European languages beneficial.
