Jones Lang LaSalle in Barcelona/Madrid is seeking a Leasing Consultant to lead leasing projects across Spain’s dynamic markets, supporting landlords and tenants with end-to-end leasing execution.

You will craft asset plans, analyze market dynamics, and deliver strategic advice on lease negotiations while collaborating across lines of business. Fluent English and Spanish required; MS Office proficiency essential.

Formación

• University degree in Law, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• Advanced level of English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint essential).
• Knowledge of the Spanish market and familiarity with landlords, developers, and market dynamics.
• Strong commercial acumen and business development capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Lead leasing projects from acquisition to closure.
• Generate leasing and sale opportunities with clients (landlords, developers, property owners).
• Develop comprehensive business plans for assets under your responsibility.
• Achieve annual objectives with Area Director.
• Identify assets via networking, market intelligence, databases, press, and digital channels.
• Analyze asset location, positioning, competition, and pricing dynamics.
• Negotiate exclusive marketing mandates with property owners.
• Maintain communication with landlords on progress and strategy.
• Identify and engage potential tenants for mandates.
• Analyze tenant needs and match assets accordingly.
• Conduct market analysis and rental studies.
• Manage leasing process from mandate to lease execution.
• Prepare qualitative and financial analysis reports.
• Provide strategic advice on lease negotiations and transaction structuring.
• Build relationships with landlords, tenants, and market participants.
• Deliver exceptional client service with empathy and market expertise.
