Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a Consultant for Office Leasing in Barcelona. You will prospect office buildings for marketing, identify tenants, and manage the marketing process through lease signing. You will negotiate exclusive marketing mandates with landlords and develop asset business plans while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes aligning assets with tenant needs, proactive opportunity pursuit, and contributing to JLL's collaborative culture in Barcelona.

Formación

• University degree in law, business or similar.
• Three years of experience in a similar position.
• Advanced level of English and Spanish.
• Negotiation and initiative capabilities.
• Familiarity with business management software tools (MS Office).

• Prospect office buildings for marketing (sale or rent).
• Negotiate exclusive marketing mandates with landlords.
• Manage the marketing process up to lease contract signature.
• Develop business plans for assets under responsibility.
