JLL in Barcelona seeks an experienced office marketing consultant to prospect and identify office buildings for sale or rent, and to manage marketing until lease signature.

You will develop business plans for assets and analyze tenant needs to find the best match, while proactively seeking opportunities and monitoring status with landlords. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. A university degree is required.

Formación

• University degree in law, business, or similar.
• Three years of experience in a similar position.
• Advanced level of English and Spanish.
• Be a planned and decisive person with negotiation and initiative.
• Familiarity with MS Office, PPT and Excel.

• Negotiate exclusive marketing mandates and manage the process through lease signature.
• Develop the business plan for each asset under your responsibility.
• Identify tenant needs and match assets to requirements.
• Proactively search for opportunities and monitor marketing status with landlords.

Descripción del empleo

• You will prospect and identify office buildings for marketing, for sale or rent (networking, press, database, Internet ...), by analyzing certain basic parameters: asset situation, environment, prices, etc.
• You will be involved in the negotiation of exclusive marketing mandates. You will in charge of managing the whole marketing process until the lease contract signature.
• Once the mandate has been confirmed, the consultant will be responsible for developing the Business Plan for each of the assets under his / her responsibility.
• You will be focused on the identification of possible tenants for each mandate. You will analyze the tenant needs and requirements to find the best asset.
• Proactive in the active search for opportunities and mandates.
• You will periodically monitor the marketing status with the landlords.

Does this look like you? To be eligible for this role you would need:

• To have completed a university degree in law, business or similar.
• Three years of experience in a similar position.
• An advanced level of English and Spanish.
• Be a planned and decisive person, with the capacity for negotiation and initiative.
• Familiarity with using different business management software tools, programs and technology (MS Office - PPT & Excel)
• Drive License it's a plus
