Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) busca incorporar a un profesional para identificar y gestionar oportunidades en el mercado de oficinas en Barcelona. La función implica cubrir desde la prospección hasta la firma del contrato de arrendamiento, con foco en la negociación de mandatos y desarrollo de estrategias para sus activos.

Formación

• Título universitario en derecho, negocios o similar.
• Tres años de experiencia en una posición similar.
• Nivel avanzado de inglés y español.

Responsabilidades

• Prospectar e identificar edificios de oficinas para marketing, venta o alquiler.
• Negociar mandatos de marketing exclusivos y gestionar todo el proceso de marketing hasta la firma del contrato de arrendamiento.
• Desarrollar el Business Plan para los activos a su cargo y analizar las necesidades de los inquilinos para optimizar la selección de activos.

• You will prospect and identify office buildings for marketing, for sale or rent (networking, press, database, Internet ...), by analyzing certain basic parameters: asset situation, environment, prices, etc.
• You will be involved in the negotiation of exclusive marketing mandates. You will in charge of managing the whole marketing process until the lease contract signature.
• Once the mandate has been confirmed, the consultant will be responsible for developing the Business Plan for each of the assets under his / her responsibility.
• You will be focused on the identification of possible tenants for each mandate. You will analyze the tenant needs and requirements to find the best asset.
• Proactive in the active search for opportunities and mandates.
• You will periodically monitor the marketing status with the landlords.

Does this look like you? To be eligible for this role you would need:

• To have completed a university degree in law, business or similar.
• Three years of experience in a similar position.
• An advanced level of English and Spanish.
• Be a planned and decisive person, with the capacity for negotiation and initiative.
• Familiarity with using different business management software tools, programs and technology (MS Office - PPT & Excel)
• Drive License it's a plus
