Your mission:
Work with the Educational Meetings & Learning Projects Manager and Team Lead to ensure consistent development of learning content by coordinating authors and providers.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
General tasks
- Support the Educational Meetings & Learning Projects Unit Manager and Lead in carrying out the EBMT educational strategy.
- Help coordinate communication with EBMT Working Parties, Committees, and content creators.
- Work with the Team Lead to assess educational needs and plan tailored curricula.
- Assist authors and content creators in developing learning materials.
- Help keep records of learning activities up to date.
- Coordinate with external providers for project planning and scheduling.
Project management
- Help manage the EBMT learning calendar and track timelines.
- Coordinate with designers, experts, and other team members to keep everyone aligned.
- Track project progress and share updates with the Learning Projects Lead.
- Organize and format educational materials for online use.
- Support the preparation and testing of e-learning content to ensure quality and accessibility.
- Help gather and review participant feedback and usage data.
- Work with Marketing/Communications to promote learning activities.
- Manage learning activity accreditation.
- Keep an updated calendar of available and upcoming e-learning content.
- Assist users with any questions or issues.
Instructional design
- Help format and upload content to learning platforms.
- Assist with proofreading and revising materials as directed.
- Make sure content follows branding and formatting guidelines.
Requirements:
- Fluent English both spoken and written.
- University studies in Education, Pedagogy or similar.
- Studies in project management.
- +3 years experience in a similar role, designing and building e- learning curriculums for scientific, academic or medical societies.
- Strong project management, ability to manage multiple stakeholders on a project.
- Knowledge and grasp LMS systems and their functionalities.
- eLearning authoring tools.
- Full project management lifecycle: from requirements definition to support.
- Ability to communicate effectively with people in a multicultural / multilingual environment
- Focus on customers (internal & external) needs.

- Full-time position and indefinite contract (37.5 hours).
- Flexible working hours (starting from 8 to 10 am and finish accordingly).

- Salary: scale 13.0 (31,574) - scale 13.4 (35,665) euros gross per year (depending on experience).
