Position Overview
The Learning Program Manager (LPM) will play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of enterprise-wide leadership development programs. These are critical programs that empower leadership effectiveness across Autodesk and align with our enterprise-wide talent development strategy.
This role is an individual contributor and will report to the Senior Manager of Leadership Development. The LPM will coordinate and manage high-impact, scalable, global learning programs that serve our stakeholders across the business and embody our One ORBIT Cultural values and behaviors.
The LPM will collaborate with colleagues in Talent Enablement & Operations (TEO), Human Resources, Culture, Diversity & Belonging, and various stakeholders across the business. The LPM will also apply their expertise in instructional design to update and iterate learning content to meet stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities
Leads program governance including meeting management, timelines, enrollments, and program trackingFacilitates recurring team meetings, ensuring all team members are up to date and aligned on roles and responsibilities, program timelines, milestones, and action itemsPartners with program owner on delivery of the program, budget and resource planningMonitors key program metrics and return on learning investmentAdministers learning program evaluations and surveysTaps into productivity tools and artificial intelligence for program efficiencyManages and implements both program and curriculum enhancementsTracks decisions, risks, and issues across the programsOwns and monitors program mailboxes and drafts and executes programs communicationsServes as a producer for live training events (both virtual and in-person)Serves as a point of contact for program participants - triaging questions and providing supportUtilizes synchronous and asynchronous communication tools (like Slack, SharePoint, Zoom, MS Teams) to coordinate with L&D team, program participants, organizational leadership, and other stakeholdersAdministers the program using the Learning Management SystemStays current on the latest training trends and integrates best practices into new learning and development processes
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of experience in learning program managementBachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology)3+ years of experience with a wide range of learning modalities (virtual, in-person, e-learning, asynchronous)3+ experience with learning management systems (LMSs) and digital learning toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional attention to detailStrong stakeholder management skillsStrong proficiency across the MS Office suite of tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, OneNote)Knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design, curriculum design principles, and evaluationKnowledge of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in leadership development
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using artificial intelligence across corporate learning programsCertified PMP (Project Management Professional)
