Horse Powertrain is seeking a Learning & Development Programme Manager to translate the L&D roadmap into a global delivery calendar and drive end-to-end programmes from Madrid, with occasional travel to other sites.

You will oversee LMS operations, coordinate vendors and ensure data integrity, while deploying learning initiatives across multiple countries with a strong emphasis on analytics and stakeholder collaboration.

Formación

• A proven track record in global Learning & Development programme management and LMS platforms administration.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field; postgraduate studies are valued.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and learning programme delivery.
• Strong competencies in project management and data-driven reporting (Power BI/HR Analytics), with a collaborative approach.
• Experience working in multinational environments with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; Spanish will be valued.

Responsabilidades

• Translate the L&D roadmap into an annual learning plan and global delivery calendar.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of learning and development programmes.
• Coordinate content vendors, ensuring quality, prioritization and SLA compliance.
• Oversee LMS operations, content administration and data integrity.
• Support the launch and operation of Corporate, Industry and Technology Academies.
• Drive deployment and adoption of learning programmes across multiple countries.
• Monitor compliance training completion and escalated risks or gaps.
• Produce KPI reporting and drive continuous improvement of learning processes and programmes.
