Position: Content Developer / Learning Designer & Developer

Job Details:

• Duration: Full Time
• Location: Spain, Ireland (Remote)

Job Summary:

Design, develop, and produce instructor-led training materials and web-based learning solutions. Collaborate with clients to develop engaging course content.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Work with SMEs and Learning Partners to create Web-based Training (WBT) and instructor-led training (ILT) courseware, applying interactive learning models and adult learning principles.
2. Develop design documents detailing learning objectives, strategies, and material specifications.
3. Write, develop, and produce training materials, including SharePoint sites, simulations, and blended solutions, ensuring content accuracy and cultural appropriateness.
4. Review courses for content errors and cultural sensitivity.
5. Participate in client working sessions, incorporate feedback, and deliver high-quality materials.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Localize and adapt content for different regions, including language and cultural context.
2. Assist in content analysis for cultural sensitivity, ensuring relevance and appropriateness.
3. Support translation processes, coordinating reviews and sign-offs with stakeholders.
4. Manage content uploads into LMS via ServiceNow and archive content as per procedures.

Key Competencies:

• Experience in instructional design, content development, and authoring tools (e.g., Storyline, Rise, Vyond, SharePoint, Adobe).
• Ability to write for diverse learning solutions and apply information mapping design concepts.
• Strategic thinker with innovative approach to content development, embracing new technologies like AI.
• Self-motivated with strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to achieving goals.

Nice to Have:

• Background in life sciences/pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in medical/scientific writing.
