Learning and Development Partner (Learning and Development Team)

We are Semrush, a global tech company developing a platform for digital marketers.

We’re hiring for a Learning and Development Partner to join our Learning and Development Team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about designing impactful learning experiences and managing L&D programs. You will create engaging content, manage our learning platforms, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learning Experience Design: Develop learner-centric experiences using design thinking, adult learning principles, and the ADDIE framework.
  • Instructional Design: Create high-quality learning materials such as eLearning modules, videos, guides, playbooks, and interactive workshops/webinars.
  • Learning Platform Management: Administer and optimize our learning platforms to ensure content is accessible, current, and aligned with learner needs.
  • Content Curation: Source, review, and organize learning resources to support diverse pathways.
  • Facilitation: Deliver in-person or virtual sessions to support talent and leadership development initiatives.
  • Learning Needs Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skills gaps and recommend solutions.
  • Administration: Support reporting, scheduling, and training requests (approx. 10–15% of role).
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in instructional or learning experience design.
  • Hands-on experience managing LMS platforms (e.g., Workday Learning, LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, Coursera).
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, virtual and in-person.
  • Ability to assess learning needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency with content curation tools (e.g., Articulate Rise 360, Synthesia, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Detail-oriented with solid project management skills.

Bonus: Experience with graphic design, video editing, or learning analytics.
