Learning and Development Partner (Learning and Development Team)

Hi there!

We are Semrush, a global tech company developing our own product – a platform for digital marketers.

Are you ready to be a part of it? This is your chance! We’re hiring for a Learning and Development Partner in our Learning and Development Team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and deliver engaging learning experiences using design thinking, adult learning principles, and the ADDIE framework.
  2. Create high-quality learning materials, including eLearning modules, videos, guides, playbooks, and interactive workshops & webinars.
  3. Manage and optimize our Learning Platforms to ensure content is accessible, current, and aligned with learners' needs.
  4. Source, review, and organize internal and external learning resources to support diverse learning pathways.
  5. Deliver in-person or virtual training sessions to support talent and leadership development initiatives.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skills gaps and recommend targeted development solutions.
  7. Support administrative tasks such as reporting, scheduling, and handling training requests (about 10–15% of role).

Who we are looking for:

  • A proactive, collaborative learning professional passionate about creating impactful experiences.
  • Proven experience in instructional and/or learning experience design.
  • Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and MOOCs (e.g., Workday Learning, LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, Coursera).
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, both virtual and in-person.
  • Ability to assess learning needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency with content curation tools (e.g., Articulate Rise 360, Synthesia, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Detail-oriented with solid project and program management skills.

Bonus: Experience with graphic design, video editing, or learning analytics.
