What You Will Be Doing
- Design and refine an innovative AI-driven learning ecosystem that delivers measurable student achievement gains beyond traditional educational methods
- Connect directly with students via virtual platforms to gather critical insights about their learning experiences and challenges
- Transform complex learning data into actionable strategies, creating targeted interventions using AI/ML technology and evidence-based learning science

Learning And Development Manager Key Responsibilities
Spearhead innovation in teacher-less, AI-powered education across multiple campuses to achieve exceptional student outcomes. Combine sophisticated data analysis with meaningful student interactions to continuously enhance our learning ecosystem, with success measured through concrete metrics like AP exam performance and MAP assessment growth.
Basic Requirements
- Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or related discipline
- Demonstrated leadership experience in education or EdTech sectors
- Practical experience implementing AI technologies in educational or professional environments
- Proven track record designing and deploying AI systems for content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
- Comprehensive understanding of learning science principles and data-informed educational methodologies
- Exceptional ability to translate complex educational and technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and managing multifaceted projects

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
