Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Madrid invites students to join its Career Programs team as a Non-LDP Intern/Co-Op. You will support learning and development initiatives for employees and managers, participate in onboarding and talent development projects, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the employee experience.

This paid, full-time internship starts January 2027, located in Madrid, with exposure to data-driven learning, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed university studies in HR or science.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented approach.
• A structured, process-oriented working style.
• Able to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.
• Proactive and takes ownership of tasks.
• Good communication and collaboration.
• Proficient in data handling and Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of learning and development programs for employees and people managers.
• Contribute to onboarding processes and employee experience initiatives for new hires.
• Coordinate training activities with external vendors, internal trainers, and cross-functional teams.
• Manage learning data and training metrics, preparing reports and tracking dashboards.
• Assist in the design, update, and maintenance of learning materials and development resources.
