What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Learning and Development Manager for Iberia, responsible for shaping and implementing the local strategic L&D plan in Iberia (Spain and Portugal) to maximize resource efficiencies across Ricoh EMEA; ensuring that they have the right learning culture to support the business in meeting its strategic goals and priorities; driving the overall EMEA digital learning transformation within the LDC; and managing a team in Spain.

What do you need?

• Degree / advanced degree level in HR, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Evidence of continued professional development.
• Availability to travel. Occasional travel may be required as part of the role.
• High level of English (C1); Portuguese should be a plus.
• Senior experience in L&D area for IT or Tech companies, focused in:
• Business alignment and capability gap analysis
• L&D Planning and Resource Management
• Strategic Leadership and Service Provision
• Budget Management and FUNDAE Compliance
• LMS optimization and KPI Management
• Driving Digital Transformation in Learning
• Design and Development of L&D Programs
• Facilitation and Coaching
• Evaluation and Continuous Improvement
