Missions

YOUR MISSION

Part of the Retail Team at Madrid Head Office, giving support to the retail network of the Mediterranean Region (Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Israel, Kazakhstan & Turkey), while working closely with the Paris HQ,

As a Retail Learning Advisor, you will support the structured learning and development program for Louis Vuitton stores across the Mediterranean Zone, by assisting the needs and vision of business objectives, as well as the learning and development needs of our teams.

To be successful in this role, you must be passionate about Clients and people development. Our ideal candidate will share the same values and champion this across our teams.

What will you do?

- Coordinate logistics for internal participant selection and invitations.
- Support translation of corporate material into local language when needed.
- Prepares onboarding material for new comers and others upon request from Retail Learning Manager.
- Organize logistics of meeting rooms, meals, hotel bookings, entertainment
- Coordinate feedback from participants after training completion.
- Updates LMS training database to track internal training paths.
- Supports Retail Learning team in delivery and organization of onboarding for new employees.

Profil

EXPECTED ATTITUDES & SKILLS

• Highly organized and rigorous, while working on multiple tasks simultaneously
• A proven ability to deliver results.
• MS Office, full Excel proficiency is mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to adapt to changes.
• Strong communication skills and easy connections with others.
• Highly motivated & strong personal interest for luxury & consumer goods environment.
• Fluent English & Spanish is mandatory, French is a plus

REQUIRED PROFILE & EXPERIENCE

• Graduated from Business School or Business Administration required.
• A previous experience of at least 1 year in a similar role is required, in the retail field and/or HR department will be positively considered.
• It is mandatory that the candidate can formalize a "contrato de prácticas" based on Spanish labor law (Must have obtained a Bachelor or Master degree within the past 3 years).
• Availability: From Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week.
• Start date: June 2025.
