Missions
YOUR MISSION
Part of the Retail Team at Madrid Head Office, giving support to the retail network of the Mediterranean Region (Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Israel, Kazakhstan & Turkey), while working closely with the Paris HQ,
As a Retail Learning Advisor, you will support the structured learning and development program for Louis Vuitton stores across the Mediterranean Zone, by assisting the needs and vision of business objectives, as well as the learning and development needs of our teams.
To be successful in this role, you must be passionate about Clients and people development. Our ideal candidate will share the same values and champion this across our teams.
What will you do?
- Coordinate logistics for internal participant selection and invitations.
- Support translation of corporate material into local language when needed.
- Prepares onboarding material for new comers and others upon request from Retail Learning Manager.
- Organize logistics of meeting rooms, meals, hotel bookings, entertainment
- Coordinate feedback from participants after training completion.
- Updates LMS training database to track internal training paths.
- Supports Retail Learning team in delivery and organization of onboarding for new employees.
