LEADS - SALES REPRESENTATIVE (SWEDISH SPEAKING) REMOTE (H / M / X)

We have over twenty years of experience in Spain and Portugal, providing employment to more than 4,000 people through 26 offices that serve our employees and over 800 clients.

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative and Lead Generator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will identify leads, initiate contact, and qualify leads to support our sales process. This role is essential in laying the foundation for our business development efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound communication (email, phone) with potential customers.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
  • Maintain and update accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Set meetings for sales representatives.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Swedish and an advanced level of English.
  • Sales experience or knowledge.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills.

What we offer

Working hours : 39 hours per week.

Full-time (39h) contract, Monday to Friday, with options for full-time 08 : 00–15 : 00 or part-time 09 : 00–18 : 00.

  • Temporary Contract.

Salary : €20,000 gross per year + €3,000 bonus gross per year.

  • Full paid training on the company and the project.
  • Remote work from Spain.
